Career opportunity

Sales Executive

Find the right practices. Earn the meeting.
Win the room. Close the right clients.

Most salespeople can send messages. We are looking for the person who gets the reply.

When a practice owner reads your first message, they should feel that someone actually looked at their business. When they get on a call with you, they should feel understood before they feel sold. You can research without stalling, personalize without overdoing it, follow up without nagging, and close without pressuring—and you would rather lose a deal than sign a client we can’t help.

This is not a volume-dialing role.It is a full-cycle, consultative sales role for someone who finds opportunities, opens doors, and turns trust into signed, long-term clients.

01 · Context

Who we are

Reputation Elevation is a boutique digital marketing agency focused on ABA therapy and adjacent healthcare practices across the United States. We help providers grow through Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and AI visibility, websites and branding, intake improvement, and our Lead Center CRM.

Our work matters because our clients are trying to reach families, open locations, hire clinicians, and build sustainable organizations. They are not buying marketing activity; they are trusting us with an important part of their growth. Many of our clients are Orthodox Jewish business owners and leaders, so cultural fluency, good judgment, and the ability to build trust in that community matter in this role.

We have a strong niche, a capable international delivery team, and a track record our clients can see in their intakes and caseloads. The next step is a salesperson who can bring the right new practices to that team—so growth no longer depends on referrals and the founder’s calendar.

02 · The opportunity

The mandate

You will own new business from the first cold message to the signed agreement. You decide who is worth pursuing, earn the first conversation, diagnose what is really holding a practice back, build the case, and close the clients we are best positioned to help. Then you hand them to our Account Manager with everything the team needs to deliver on what you promised.

You will not be expected to be the deepest media buyer or SEO specialist. You will partner with the Director of Account Performance and our SEO lead when a proposal needs technical depth. Your job is to understand enough to ask the right questions, connect our services to the owner’s business goals, and lead the conversation with confidence.

The standardEvery prospect you contact can tell the message was written for them. Every first call leaves the owner clearer about their own business. Every client you sign was a good fit, knew what they were buying, and is still with us a year later.

03 · The person

The qualities that matter

The sales process can be taught. These qualities are much harder to teach—and they are the heart of this hire.

01

Genuine curiosity

You want to understand how each practice actually works: intakes, payers, clinician hiring, locations, competitors, and goals. Your research shows in your first sentence.

02

Writes like a human

Your messages are short, specific, and natural. Nobody can tell which parts came from a template, because very few did.

03

Persistent, not pushy

Every follow-up brings something new, and you know the difference between persistence and pressure.

04

Confident presence

Warm, polished, and able to lead a conversation with a business owner without dominating it.

05

Consultative seller

You diagnose before you prescribe, connect recommendations to business outcomes, handle objections honestly, and earn real buy-in.

06

Sound judgment and backbone

You know when to push, when to dig deeper, and when to walk away from a deal that isn’t right for the client or for us.

07

Commercial fluency

You are comfortable talking cost per lead, conversion rates, caseload value, and return on investment with an owner who knows their numbers.

08

Relationship intelligence

You read people well, remember what matters to them, and build trust that lasts past the signature.

09

Resilient and self-motivated

Rejection and silence don’t slow you down. You build your own momentum instead of waiting for leads to be handed to you.

10

Driven by results

Motivated by booked meetings, signed clients, and revenue that stays—not by activity counts.

11

Disciplined and organized

Your pipeline is current, your next steps are dated, and no warm conversation goes cold because it slipped your mind.

12

Fast learner with technology

You pick up new software quickly and use AI tools to research and draft faster, while recognizing generic or inaccurate output.

04 · Responsibilities

What you will own

01

Market research and prospecting

  • Build and maintain a target list of ABA therapy and adjacent healthcare practices by state, size, growth stage, payer mix, and current marketing.
  • Decide who is worth pursuing and why, and record that reasoning in the CRM so the pipeline tells a story.
  • Watch for buying signals: new locations, hiring surges, rebrands, weak reviews, competitors’ ads, or a practice outgrowing its current agency.
02

Personalized outreach

  • Write first touches that could only have been sent to one owner—referencing their reviews, intake page, website, local competition, or recent news.
  • Run multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, phone, text, and short personalized video.
  • A great salesperson notices the details other people skim past; that’s what makes outreach personal. Show us you have it by writing “I earn the reply” as the subject of your application email.
  • Treat templates as a starting point, never the message. Test angles, track what earns replies, and keep improving.
  • Attend ABA industry conferences and events nationwide, and meet practice owners face to face where it moves deals.
03

Discovery, proposals, and close

  • Run first calls that uncover the real constraint: lead volume, lead quality, intake conversion, staffing capacity, or reputation.
  • Tell owners honestly when marketing is the answer and when it isn’t.
  • Build recommendations and scope with our delivery leads, present proposals with confidence, handle objections, and negotiate terms.
  • Own your forecast and your number.
04

Handoff and market intelligence

  • Hand every new client to the Account Manager with goals, expectations, decision-makers, and promises documented, so onboarding starts from what the client was sold.
  • Keep the pipeline in GoHighLevel and ClickUp accurate and current.
  • Bring back what prospects are saying—objections, competitors, pricing pressure, and what lands—and help sharpen our offers, case studies, and messaging.

05 · Outcomes

What success looks like

Within 30 days

  • You know our services, case studies, and ideal client well enough to explain them without notes.
  • Your target list and first outreach sequences are live, and appointments are getting booked.

Within 60 days

  • A steady flow of qualified first meetings each week.
  • Your first clients are signed.

Within 12 months

  • A predictable pipeline and a consistent close rate, without the founder carrying sales.
  • New clients who stay, because they were a good fit and knew what they were buying. We measure the retention of the clients you sign, not just signatures.
  • The founder participates in sales by exception and at selected high-value moments.
  • Your best outreach angles, objection handling, and proposal structure are documented and repeatable.

06 · Qualifications

Experience and capabilities

Required

Relevant experience

3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role where you personally sourced and closed your own deals.

Outreach that earns replies

A track record of personalized cold outreach that works, with examples you can show us.

Service selling

Experience selling a service or retainer—ideally marketing, agency, healthcare, or professional services—to owners and senior decision-makers.

Discovery and commercial fluency

You ask the second and third question, and you can talk numbers with a business owner.

Exceptional communication

Your written English is precise and natural, and you are polished and persuasive on the phone, on video, and in person.

Comfortable on camera

You can record a short, personalized outreach video without overthinking it.

Systems fluency

You keep a disciplined pipeline in a CRM such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce, and work comfortably in a project-management tool such as ClickUp.

Especially valuable

  • New York or New Jersey residency. This is a remote day-to-day role, with availability for in-person meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Familiarity with the communication norms, calendar, and business culture of the Orthodox Jewish community, where many of our clients operate. You know how to build trust there, when to call and when not to, and how decisions actually get made. No particular religious affiliation is required.
  • Knowledge of ABA therapy, behavioral health, or healthcare practice operations: intakes, payers, BCBA and RBT staffing.
  • Agency sales experience and working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and websites.
  • An existing network among healthcare practice owners.
  • A record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Experience building an outbound sales motion from scratch in a founder-led company.

07 · Why join us

Why this role is different

01

You will sell something that works. Our work has generated a conservatively estimated $739 million in revenue for our clients, and you will have the case studies to prove it.

02

You will have a team behind every promise. Senior performance, SEO, design, and account management leaders deliver what you sell, so you can focus on finding and closing.

03

You will own the whole cycle. You are not booking meetings for someone else to close, or closing leads someone else found.

04

Your earnings track your results. Commission rewards the clients you bring in, and the base gives you room to build pipeline the right way.

05

You can shape the function. As the agency grows, this role has real runway to expand into sales leadership.

08 · Self-selection

This role will not be a fit if…

  • You need inbound leads handed to you to hit a number.
  • Your outreach is mostly mail-merge volume.
  • You would rather close anyone than walk away from a bad-fit client.
  • You dislike follow-up, CRM hygiene, or the research that makes outreach personal.
  • You need the founder on the call to close.

09 · The package

Compensation and growth

This role offers a base salary of $72,000–$85,000 plus commission on the new client revenue you close, under a written commission plan provided with the offer. We want the person who grows the agency to share directly in that growth.

You will have direct access to the owner and real authority over how new business is won. As the agency grows, there is a clear path for the scope, leadership responsibility, and compensation of this role to grow with it.

  2. 02

A two- to three-minute video introducing yourself and answering:

Why is this role the right next step for you?

Walk us through a deal you sourced from a cold first touch and closed yourself. How did you get the first conversation?

A busy ABA practice owner has never heard of us. How would you get her to reply, and what would you focus on in the first call?

  3. 03

One cold email you would send to a real ABA practice owner of your choice, plus a sentence on who you picked and what you noticed about them.

  4. 04

  5. 05

A sentence or two on your familiarity with the business culture and communication norms of the Orthodox Jewish community, and how you would put it to work in sales.
